Melanie Kristin Price Scholarship

This year the Melanie Kristin Price Foundation will again be offering one (1) scholarship to a third form student of Queen's College or a student entering Queen's College in the academic year 2017-2018.

This scholarship is designed to assist with financial challenges which a student faces on transitioning from lower school to upper school or a student entering secondary school for the first time. It is intended to support a student in great need.

Who can apply?

(i) A Barbadian student;

(ii) A student who has sucessfully completed Third Form at Queen's College or a student who has been allocated to attend Queen's College from September 2018; and

(iii) A student who is involved in at least one school club or organisation

Value of funding?

BDS $1000.00

If you meet the criteria set out above, please download the instructions to the applicants and the referee. Complete the online application form and submit same prior to the application deadline.

ALL applications must be submitted by July 28, 2018 by midnight.

All Applications forms must be submitted with:

(i) Proof of nationality;

(ii) A copy of your report Term I-III 2017-2018 and/or Allocation Slip/Edit List;

(iii) Refree Form; and

(iv) Essay required under Application:
